Cancellation Policy


If the event is cancelled by the client within 60 days prior to event date, client will be refunded 80% of all payments made. 20% will be kept by the caterer for possible missed clients due to your event slot and any work that may have been done involving the client’s event. 


If client cancels event 30 days prior to event date, the client will be refunded all monies paid EXCEPT THE INITIAL DEPOSIT. The caterer will keep the deposit for any expenses that may have been paid and any labor regarding client’s event. 


In the event of cancelation less than 7 days prior to the event date, the client shall be responsible for 100% of the total event charges.


Cancellations by Acts Of God and or Venue


In the event of any unforeseen circumstances including inclement weather, emergencies, or illness, we reserve the right to cancel any event and work with you to reschedule your party event. Please be advised that in any event you have "no shows," a refund will not be provided.


Cancellations by Caterer

The caterer reserves the right to terminate this contract for any reason. If the caterer terminates this contract within 30 days of the event, the client will be refunded 100% of payments.
