We understand there is no “one size fits all” approach to health and nutrition. We offer several specialized meal plans that will fit each of your needs. Our Meal Plans are designed to help meet your goals to make your life easier. Losing, Gaining or Sustaining is possible with our Customized Meal Plans.

PALEO (Plan starts at $75**)

Our most popular meal plan. The Paleo diet eliminates highly processed, inflammatory foods by focusing on lean proteins, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and some fruit.

The Paleo meal plan is high protein with moderate fat and healthy carbohydrate sources from starchy vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, plantains, and winter squashes. Suitable for those fueling for optimal performance, or looking for an easy place to get started with our program.

KETOGENIC  (Plan starts at $80**)

Ketosis is a metabolic state in which the body burns fat for fuel. This dietary approach has gained popularity as a successful tool for weight loss, balancing hormones, managing insulin resistance and reducing inflammation. Ketogenic meals are very low carb and contain higher amounts of fat.

Our ketogenic meals are carefully crafted to maintain a state of nutritional ketosis, with strict micronutrient portions that limit daily carbohydrate intake to 20 grams of carbohydrates per day, or less. Dairy-free and nut-free options are also available weekly.

PLANT-BASED (Plan starts at $80**)

The meals are packed with plant protein and ensure a healthy balance of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals in every delicious bite. Ditch the processed ingredients found in so many pre-packaged vegan convenience foods. This is so much better for you, and tastes better, too!


PESCATARIAN (Plan starts at $90**)

A pescatarian diet is perfect for people who may want to cut back on their meat intake but aren't quite ready to take the plunge into only eating plant-based foods. We include plenty of seafood, eggs, dairy and vegetarian meals while avoiding meat and poultry.




Full payment is required for each meal on Thursdays by Noon. 


Our exclusive healthy meals will be portioned as such:

  • 4 to 8 oz. of Protein
  • .5 Cup of Starch
  • 1 Cup of Veggies

Please be reminded that menus will be switched weekly. You may contact us to inquire about meal substitutions. Our meal plans and other fees include the following:

  • 5-Meal Plan (Lunches or Dinners) – Starting at$75

  • 10-Meal Plan (5 Lunches and 5 Dinners) – Starting at $120
  • 20-Meal Plan (10 Lunches and 10 Dinners)- Starting at $210
